著者及び成立年不明。1714年に琉球の慶賀使・謝恩使が江戸城で将軍にお目見えした時の文書である。

各大名が署名と花押を入れている。

Description

Its author and its completed year are both unknown.

It is a document written about an audience of Shōgun in Edo castle given to Keigashi* and Shaonshi* from Ryūkyū in 1714. Several Daimyōs set their seals and gave their signatures on this document. 5 papers, 28cm by 20cm.

*Keigashi : A Ryūkyūan envoy who congratulates a new Shōgun on his succession

*Shaonshi: A Ryūkyūan envoy who expresses special gratitude with regards to the enthronement of King of Ryūkyū
