解説

長女峰子から父原忠順へ宛てた手紙。年月日不明。内容からすると、峰子の婚約時でかつ原忠順が議員になる前に書かれたものか内容は、近況報告とその相談や、婚約者から聞いた宮内庁に関する事柄の報告、借金の申し込みなど。残暑の季節に書かれている。

Description

A letter from Hara's eldest daughter, Mineko to her father, Hara Tadayuki. It is not dated. It is presumably written while Mineko was engaged and before Hara Tadayuki would become a member of the House of Peers. She wrote recent news and asked her father's advice
about them. She also reported some affairs concerning Kunaichō (Imperial Household Agency) which she had heard from her fiance, and she asked her father for a loan.It is written in a late-summer.
