[疱瘡歌]
中扉に「大清嘉慶十年(1805)□□(乙丑ヵ)正月吉日求之／疱瘡歌并 和歌･暦･口説(併記) 集古名歌集文／粟国親雲上御供／波真川仁屋」とある。成立した時期や編者は不明であるが、波真川仁屋（はまがわにや）という人物が、1805年に入手したものと思われる。疱瘡歌(ほうそうか)とは、天然痘をもたらすとされる神(疱瘡神)を歓待することで一刻も早い退散を願う歌のことである。収録歌は琉歌、口説（クドキ・クドゥチ）、和歌で、総数101首。琉球大学学報第103号及び琉球大学法文学部紀要第20号(1976年)に池宮正治の解説あり。
On the front page is written “Received Qing Dynasty, 1805, January/ Collection of Hōsōka Japanese poems･History･Kudoki Collection of old Songs/Aguni Pechin offering/Hamagawa Niya”Name of author and year of completion are unknown, but it is thought that it came into the hands of a person called Hamagawa Niya in the year 1805. “Hōsōka”is a song of request to immediately disperse by a warm welcome the god who could bring about small pox. The songs recorded include Ryuka, Kudoki and Waka, 101 in total. There is a commentary from Ikemiya Masaharu in the University of the Ryukyu’s Bulletin No.20 (1976) from the Law and Letters Faculty.
