1件。20丁。25.5×18.2cm。楮紙。道光25（1845）年10月8日。手習模範字で最終頁に「鄭嘉訓」とある。ここの古波蔵親方は爾方・鄭嘉訓のこと。琉球の代表的な書家。鄭が書いた書、11丁一面に、儒教的なニ字語を意識しつつ、鄭嘉訓の力強い筆さばきを輪郭だけがかたどられている。おそらくその上に紙を置き、上からすきうつすようにしてくりかえし練習したもので、教育資料でもある。鄭嘉訓が如何に信頼されていたがわかる。表書きに「大清道光二拾五年己巳十月十八日生調之」「松茂姓西表首里大屋子嫡子」「兼思」「当歳拾三」とあり、子供の手本であることが分かる。

Description

The Kohagura Uēkata here refers to (Jihou) Tei, Kakun, who was a famous Ryukyuan calligrapher.Two characters relating to Taoism were written separately on a single side of each of the 11 pages.The strong brush strokes of Tei were imitated by tracing the outlines of characters. This was probably used as educational material and was traced by placing another sheet of paper on top. From this we can see how much Tei was respected by others. From whats written on the cover, this appears to be a model script for children.(Updated on March 23, 2015)
