肝要成書面集 / Collection of administrative documents

Although this is a collection of documents put together by the Wakateikugu Matsumo Miyara Niya in 1855 (Kanpou 5), documents from the Doukou Period were also included. Documents relating to the incident of Hachimine Chikudoun's request for accommodation from the Yaeyama resident Ishigaki Niya, as well as documents relating to lawsuits involving incidents resulting in injury could be found. Furthermore, there were documents in relation to the sale and purchase of paddy land, notes from applications for higher ranks, and counter-arguments to the government's order to revert back to hay roofs etc.
