酉年御在番様招請之時膳部日記 / Banquet menu for the Year of the Cock
内題：酉二月廿六日御在番手登根里之子親雲上様を始御筆者衆招請之時。松茂氏，宮良殿内。包丁人：識名仁屋。著者：松茂氏，第八代宮良当壮か？ 形態：筆書。冊数：1冊。枚数：16枚。丁数：14丁。同治12（明治6：1875）年。25.7cm×19.4cm。序文，奥書：なし。保存状態：並。宮良殿内で執り行った在番の饗応に関する記録。在番の手登根里之子親雲上を始め随員の役人，供夫，桃林寺の僧侶，その他八重山の下級役人を招いて接待する饗宴の献立中心に記している。料理人は識名仁屋とある。在番の接待には，まず熨斗と薄茶を献じ，御本，弐の膳，御引き物，御肴，御後段と供し，御薄茶と御菓子で締めている。供の者にも階級に応じた献立構成で供応している。料理の形態，供膳の手順，食材から見ても格調高い本膳料理に準じた宴席料理といえよう。宴席に用いた聯句，書も記録されている。
A record of the reception banquets for Zaibans that was taken place at Miyara Dounchi. Includes details on the menus prepared for the Zaiban Peechin Tedokon, other accompanying officials, the servants, the monks from Tourin Temple and other lower level officials. The chef was Shikina, Niya. The structure of the menu served varied according to the status of the guest. Judging by the ingredients used this was truly a luxurious banquet. Also includes the linked verses and calligraphy pieces used at the banquet.
