編著者：宮良当壮か？形態：筆書。光緒3（1877）年。1巻。枚数：7枚の紙を継ぎ合わせているが最終余白の続きが無い。36cm×322cm。序文・奥書：なし。保存状態：不良。御在番の仲真里之子を招請した時の献立記録である。内表紙に包丁人翁長仁屋の記載があるので，献立作成および料理は彼の料理人によるものであろう。献立内容はNo.92と同じである。（金城須美子）

Description

A record of the menu at the banquet for Peechin Nakama, who was a zaiban. On the inside cover there were records of the cook Onaga, Niya, therefore it is most probable that he was the chef in charge of the banquet. The contents of the menu appear to be the same as source no. 92 in the Miyara-Dounchi Library.
