1件。1丁。申年8月25日。帳当座から八重山島行政のトップである頭に任命された宮良親雲上に出された書簡。「言上」に伴う「御拝」は「言上」 が発布された日より15日以内に行うということなので、本日（8月25日）より5、6日のうちに関連部署に連絡をするようにとの内容である。 「言上」と は、役職任命などのことで、ここでは国王に役職就任の申請を届けでて許可されたことを示す。また、「御拝」とはここでは役職就任儀礼で国王に直接お目通り して正式に役職就任されるということを示す。
Correspondence from Chouataiza (department responsible for official correspondences) addressed to Peechin Miyara who was appointed as the Kashira (Head) of Yaeyama. As the mihai accompanying the gonjou must be executed within fifteen days from the issue date, Miyara is being urged to contact the relative departments within five to six days from 25 August. Gonjou refers to the appointment to official positions, and in this particular instance indicates that the application for an offical position has been approved by the King. Also, the mihai refers to the formal etiquette of meeting the King who officially recognises the appointment.
