1件。7丁。26.5×20.1cm。楮紙。明治20（1887）年9月12日。本史料は、名護良岡（なごりょうこう）の宮古・八重山において試漁を行いたいという申請書と許可書及びその他の関連史料である。尚典（しょうてん）の「家従」（かじゅう）である名護良岡（なごりょうこう）が一連の申請、折衝に当たっている。沖縄県知事の福原実（ふくはらみのる）が許可しており、許可の下りた後、名護は八重山島役所長の西常央（にしつねお）と八重山島蔵元（くらもと）の頭（かしら）であった宮良當宗（みやらとうそう）と石垣賢美（いしがきけんび）に対して試漁を行うことを報告している。対象となっている海産物はフカヒレ、ナマコ、貝類である。明治20（1887）年9月から11月までの書状で構成されている。

Description

Includes Nago, Ryoukou's application and permit for trial fishing in Miyako and Yaeyama, as well as other related documents. Nago, Ryoukou was a steward of Shou, Ten and his series of applications were under negotiation. After gaining permission from the Governor of Okinawa Prefecture (Fukuhara, Minoru), Nago reported his intention of trial fishing to Nishi, Tsuneo (Head of the Yaeyama Public Office); Miyara, Tousou and Ishigaki, Kenbi (both Kashira of the Yaeyama Kuramoto). The targeted seafoods were shark fin, sea cucumber and shellfish. The various documents were dated from September to November 1887.
