1件。35丁。本史料は八重山役人の履歴書というべき「勤書」である。役人の役職昇進年、上国歴、特筆すべき仕事歴などが記されており、家譜編集の資料になったとされている。近世役人の詳細な仕事内容を知るうえでも重要な史料である。本来は個人でまとめられるものだが、本史料は當永から始まり、西表首里大屋子當演の嫡子である西表首里大屋子當恭まで、歴代の勤書がまとめられている（1600年代後半から1800年代前半）。奥書に「寅五月」とあり、史料内容から察するに道光22（1842）年5月に編集されたものである。役職と名前が確認できる9名の内、4人が最高職の頭に就任しており、松茂氏が八重山の中でも有力士族であったことがわかる。宮良殿内文庫「no.257 小宗竹富与人當永以後歴代之勤書綴」に続く史料である。
A collection of Curriculum Vitaes of Yaeyama officials. Includes information on the year of promotion, history of trips of mainland Okinawa, distinguished achievements etc. This appears to be used as a reference material when constructing genealogical charts. An important document for studying the details of the work of government officials at the time. This text includes CVs from the late 1600s to the early 1800s. It is determined that this was compiled in May 1842. Out of the 9 identifiable names, 4 were employed as the highest rank of Kashira. This shows that Matsumo was a very powerful elite even in Yaeyama. This is a continuation of source no. 257 in the Miyara Dounchi Library.
