珍古楼主人著・雲太郎編
天明癸卯(1783)年刊行。近世期に広まった、いわゆる「百珍物」の一つ。様々ないもの食し方・料理の方法について紹介した書である。浪叢隠士巨瓢による題(漢文)、雲太郎による「甘藷集説」「凡例」と続き、「甘藷百珍目録」ではいもを奇品（一〜六三）・尋常品（六四〜八四）・妙品（八五〜一二二）・絶品（一一三〜一六三）とランク付けし、各種の甘藷料理の方法を紹介している。詳しい解説については、「国立国会図書館デジタルコレクション」の項を参照のこと。
Written by Shujin Chinkorō, edited by Kumotarō, and published in 1783. This material is one of the so-called books of “one hundred delicacies” which was popular during Japan’s early modern period. It introduces various ways of eating and cooking sweet potatoes. It begins with a brief statement (in Chinese) by Rōsōinshikyohyō, followed by a commentary on sweet potatoes and explanatory notes written by Untarō. A variety of sweet potatoes and their cooking methods are introduced and divided into the following categories: kihin or rare potatoes (no. 1-63), jinjōhin or common potatoes (no. 64-84), myōhin or odd potatoes (no. 85-122) and zeppin or delectable potatoes (no. 113-163).
