解説

写筆本。本書は、宝暦巳(1761)年、奥州宮城郡の寒風澤(さぶさわ)湊を出帆した船が大風(台風)で流され、安南(ベトナム）へ漂着した時、生き残った船頭たちが見聞したことを記録したものである。「坤」は、花街・楽器類・船・風俗・民間信仰・芸能などに関し見聞したことを記録している。

Description

The handwritten copy records the account of surviving ship crewmen who were cast away by strong wind (typhoon) after departed from Sabusawa Port in Ōshū Miyagi-gun and cast ashore on a coast of Vietnam in 1761. In this second volume (indicated as Kon), recording of what the drifted crewmen observed and heard about red-light districts, musical instruments, boats, customs, folk religions, and entertainment in Vietnam.
