解説

1831年に「規模帳」「公事帳」と一緒に首里王府から間切に下付された文書。毎年の間切の諸行事の入目(費用)のことを調べ、新しく規定しなおしたものである。「二月百度参立願の時」「五月稲の穂祭」「六月稲の大祭」など君南風の祭事や船乗人数、飯米、種々の遣いなど、28項目にわたり費用を記している。

Description

This formal document was conveyed with one Kimochō (proclamation of administrative guidelines) and one Kujichō (administrative guidelines) from Shuri Ōfu to Gushikawa Village in Kume in 1831. It explicates that after scrutinizing the expenditures of conventional events cost past in Gushikawa village, a new regulation must be implemented. It lists twenty-eight kinds of requisite expenses for “Nigatsu momotomairi ritsugan no toki,” “Gogatsu ine no homatsuri,” “Rokugatsu ine no taisai” festivals, including the Chinbē rituals, exact numbers of people on board, the amount of rice, and other expenditures.
