鈴木天川蒐集 砂糖資料 / Articles on sugar, collected by Suzuki Tensen
鈴木天川（すずきてんせん）編。官報、新聞、雑誌などに掲載された砂糖関係記事を抜粋して筆写（もしくはスクラップ）したものである。目次はない。内題に「此集は明治三十八年三月に起る」とあるが、本書には同年3月以降の記事も収録されているため、この「起る」は、「成立」という意味ではなく「開始する」と解釈するのが適当かと思われる。収録紙（誌）は、『官報』、『万朝報』、『読売新聞』、『東京日日新聞』、『中学世界』、『糖業通報』、『渡米雑誌』などである。また、本書冒頭には、『官報』掲載記事の表題、発行日、頁が列記されている（本文はない）。発行日は「一ノ二二日」（＝1月22日）のように表記されている。(2015年3月31日更新)
Edited by Suzuki Tensen. It includes handwritten copies or clippings of articles regarding sugar production, posted in magazines, newspapers, government reports (gazettes), etc. There is no table of contents. On the inner title page is a note "Started writing in March, Meiji 38 (1905)." The articles included in the book are from Kanpō (Japanese National Newspaper), Yorozuchōhō, Yomiuri Shinbun, Tōkyō Nichi Nichi Shinbun, Chūgaku Sekai (a magazine), Tōgyō Tsūhō (Journal of Sugar Production), Tobei Zasshi (Magazine of USA Migration), etc. At the beginning of the book is a list of headings of the articles selected from "Kanpō," the dates, and the pages (no text). Dates appear in the format "ichi no ni ni nichi (1's 2 2 day)," which indicates January 22.(Updated on August 6, 2015)
