琉球入学見聞録巻之四 / Firsthand record of Ryukyuans entering school, vol. 4[2]
琉球官学教習の潘相(はんそう)が編集。乾隆戊子(1768)年刊行。矕文書屋(らんぶんしょおく)蔵板。全8冊のうちの8冊め「巻之四」(1巻を2冊に分冊している)。本書は琉球から中国へ派遣された清代の国費留学生、官生(かんしょう)の記録であると同時に、『中山伝信録』等を引用・参照し、琉球の歴史・文化・地理等についてまとめた書である。(2016年1月18日更新)
Edited by Pan Xiang (Jpn., Han Sō), who was a student advisor at Ryukyu Kangaku (a section of Guozijian, Jpn. Kokushikan or the National School of China, where Ryukyuan students studied). Published in 1768. The edition is printed from woodblocks owned by Ranbun Sho'oku. This is the eighth volume out of eight, including the contents of "The Fourth Volume" (one book in the original is divided into two volumes in this edition). This collection of books entitled Ryūkyū Nyūgaku Kenbunroku is a record of the government-funded Ryukyuan students, called kanshō, who were sent to China. It describes Ryukyuan history, culture, geography, etc. while referring to previous records such as Chūzan Denshinroku.(Updated on January 22, 2016)
