山野畑地割帳 / A note on allotments of mountains, fields and farmlands
名護間切源河村の明治32（1899）年の山野畑地割帳。王国時代における村の土地所有のあり方は基本的に共有制であり、農耕地（百姓地）や山野は数年から10年ほどの間隔で割り替えが行われた。本地割帳は、各小字名を記し、その土地を共有する人物名を列挙している。小字名には、野国、長畑、慶良間原、ヒロウザク、山田、桃原又、せり原など。印鑑の状態などから原本であり貴重である。
This is a document of the land allotments for Genka Village of Nago Magiri in 1899. During the Kingdom era, lands were basically held in common ownership. Farmlands, fields and mountains were randomly switched and allotted to villagers every several to ten years. This document includes the list of each koaza, a small administrative unit of a village, and names of persons who co-owned lands. Noguni, Nagahata, Keramabaru, Hirō-zaku, Yamada, Tōbarumata, Seribaru were among the names of koaza. This document appears to be the original manuscript due to the condition of the stamp and therefore, it's valuable.
