解説

明治5(1872)年6月に島津久光が明治天皇に提出した建言書を写したものである。筆者のメモによれば、建言書は全14か条からなるが、本史料ではこのうちの12条が記されており、残りの2条は何であろうかとの疑問が示されている。筆者は不明。

Description

It is a copy of 14 opinions which Shimazu Safu (an Executive Council) submitted to Emperor Meiji in Summer of 1875.
According to a note of the writer, there must have been 14 opinions, but there were only 12 opinions copied in this documents, and two lefts are unidentified. The detail of the writer is unknown.
