解説

出納課が明治12(1879)年度経費内訳表3冊を原忠順に提出した際の送り状。急ぎのため原の検閲を受ける前に検査官の審査を受けたこと、検査官が写しを作成して持ち帰る意向のため、早めに返却願いたいことなどが記されている。

Description

A cover letter which was attached to three expense reports for the fiscal year 1879, sent to Hara Tadayuki from the Treasurer Division. The Division reported to Hara that as it had been an urgent request from an inspector, they had had an inspection before Hara could examine the documents. And also they wrote as the inspector had demanded to copy and to bring all of the reports, he was requested to return them as soon as possible.
