[原忠順宛立川節郎上申] / A written report from Tachikawa Setsurō to Hara Tadayuki
明治14(1881)年11月12日に書かれた立川節郎から大書記官の原忠順宛の上申書。内容は、以前の久米島での島民の動揺について久米島の詰役人からの報告書が出たので、その複製を原へ送る、という内容。動揺の詳細は記されていないが、原忠順文庫所蔵「久米島出張復命書」(明治14(1881)年5月23日付、十等出仕豊見城盛綱(とみぐすく・せいこう)および三等属渡辺簡が大書記官原忠順に提出した出張報告書)に出ている、久米島で起こった流言飛語の件を指しているか。
A written report made on November 12th, 1881, from Tachikawa Setsurō to Hara Tadayuki who was the Senior Executive Secretary at that time. In this written report, Tachikawa said to Hara that he would enclose a report of turbulence among the islanders in Kume Island, which a local officer of the island had sent to him. He did not describe the details, but it probably indicates some baseless rumors spread around in Kume Island. Which was mentioned in "A report of inspection tour in Kume Island (the report of inspection tour as of May 23rd, 1881, which Tomigusuku Seikō and Watanabe Kan, the government officials submitted to Hara Tadayuki, the Senior Executive Secretary.) " from Hara Tadayuki collection.
