解説

犬塚〔達五〕が原忠順にあてた書簡。原が犬塚に依頼した封書が貴族院事務所で無事に処理される見込みであることを伝える内容である。年代の記載はないが、内容から明治27(1894)年の第7議会開会直前の資料と推定される。

Description

A letter from Inuzuka 〔Tatsugo〕 to Hara Tadayuki. It is to tell Hara that the document which Hara had entrusted to Inuzuka would be properly dealt with in an office of the House of Peers. Though there is no completed year, it must be a document made right before the opening of the 7th session of the Imperial Diet in 1894 inferring from the contents.
