解説

田中馨治から原忠順へ宛てた書簡。祐徳社(神社)において行動を起こそうとする者を説得し、引き留めたという内容。公開番号HA081に引き続き、佐賀県暴動(佐賀の乱：1874)に関する田中馨治の考えや行動がうかがえる資料である。ただし、祐徳社と佐賀県暴動との具体的な関りについては、これらの書簡から明らかにはできない。

Description

A letter from Tanaka Seiji to Hara Tadayuki. Tanaka wrote that he had calmed and dissuaded people gathering at Yūtokusha from causing a disturbance. Following the material No.HA082, we can see how Tanaka Seiji thought and what he did toward the Saga Rebellion from this material. It is not, however, possible to specify the relationship between Yūtokusha and the Saga Rebellion from these materials.
