田中馨治より原忠順に宛てた書簡。建築物改修事業の金策に関する内容か。田中や永田、伯川と熟談し、金策の方針が固まったが、漁民へ余分に貸し付けた650円を催促しなければならなくなった。これを救う方法の有無についてさらに相談しなければならない、という内容。

Description

A letter from Tanaka Seiji to Hara Tadayuki. It is probably written about means of raising money for a renovation project of buildings. He wrote that he had talked the matter over and over with Nagata and Hakukawa, and they had decided how to manage the financial problem. In consequence, they had to press fishers to whom they had lent 650 yen (today's money, it is more than ten million yen) extra. However, they would like to avoid that if possible, so they would need to discuss again how to solve this problem.
