解説

貴族院議員松平乗承宛ての原忠順の書簡草稿である。内容は、近く開会する臨時議会(第七議会)を体調不良により欠席するとの連絡である。その旨、二条基弘、近衛篤麿、板倉勝達、新庄直陳らの各議員にも伝えてくれとのこと。忠順最晩年の史料である。明治27(1894)年10月28日没。

Description

A draft of a letter from Hara Tadayuki to Matsudaira Noritsugu who was a member of the House of Peers. Hara informed that due to a weak physical
condition, he would be absent from an extraordinary session of the Imperial Diet (the 7th session) which would be held soon. And then, He asked
Matsudaira to tell that to other members like Nijō Motohiro, Konoe Atsumaro, Itakura Katsumichi, Shinjō Naonobu. Tadayuki wrote this letter in his very last years. He died on October 28th, 1894.
