東京の明治女学校に通っている原忠順の次女、澤子から父への書簡。年月日の記載なし。夏休み中の手紙である。内容は、先日から脚気になって治療中であること、華族学校(のちの学習院)の別課(選択制で科目が履修できる講習)に入校したいことなどが書かれている。

Description

A letter from Sawako, Hara Tadayuki's second daughter who went to Meiji Girl's School. It is not dated, but it was written during summer holidays. She wrote that she had gotten beriberi since the other day and been in treatment and that she would like to attend a course in School of Noble
(Kazoku gakkou, later Gakushuin School) as a non-degree student.
