書類・手紙・メモなど5通が入っているうちの１つ目。明治13(1880)年6月11日の沖縄県庁での出来事をメモしている。内閣や宮内省へ連絡したことも記されている。

Description

Five materials like documents, letters or memorandums are put in the same envelope together. This is the 1st one. Hara noted what was happened at the Okinawan prefectural government on June 11th, 1880. He also noted that he had reported it to the Cabinet and the Ministry of the Imperial Household.
