琉球人来朝之記 / A record of Ryukyuans visiting Japan
寛延元（1748）年の江戸立に関する記録の写本である。表紙に「延享」と元号があるが、正使具志川王子、副使与那原親方という記述から正しくは「寛延」であろう。編者・成立年不明。阪巻・宝玲文庫にのみ架蔵の確認される史料である。内容は、琉球国の概略や歴史の紹介、寛延元年の琉球国使節渡来の日程・行程、使節の姓名、日琉の往復文書の写、献上物の一覧、行列の際の順序、路次楽・座楽の楽器や曲ごとの編成、儀礼の次第、楽器の図版、使節行列の彩色画など多岐にわたる。いくつかの項目の冒頭には「琉球貢使録 巻○」との記載があり、記述の際に典拠とした文献と考えられる。「琉球貢使録」については、同名の書（写本）が東京都立図書館特別買上文庫宍戸昌旧蔵資料（特3456）に現存するが、本史料との関連は未確認である。なお、寛延元年の江戸立に関しては本史料のほかに『琉球来朝記』（HW447)、『戊辰琉球人来朝之式 全』（HW458)にも記録があるが、内容はいずれも異なる。
A copy of a record of the Ryukyuan mission of 1748. The director was Gushikawa Ōji, and the vice director was Yonabaru Uēkata. The editor and the completion date are unknown. It is a rare book which can be found only in the Sakamaki/Hawley Collection. It describes overall information about Ryukyu and Ryukyu's history. It also includes the schedule of the mission, a list of the envoys, copies of letters exchanged between Ryukyu and Japan, a list of tributes, the order of people in the procession, drawings of musical instruments and the procession, etc. The book Ryūkyū Kōshiroku, probably used as reference, is mentioned in some parts of the book. A different book with the same title can be found in Shishido Sakari Collection owned by Tokyo Metropolitan Library, but its connection to this book is unconfirmed. Ryūkyū Raichōki (HW447) and Boshin Ryūkyūjin Raichō no Shiki Zen (HW458) are also records concerning the Ryukyuan mission of 1748, but the contents of each book are different.
