解説

嘉永3(1850)年に富岡手暠が校正し、江戸で出版された刊本。折り本。琉球の地理、歴史、文化、江戸立の使節の服装、楽器などを紹介している。

Description

This orihon book, which is a book made of a long strip of paper and folded in a zigzag way, was edited by Tomioka Shukō and published in Edo in 1850. It discusses Ryukyuan geography, history, and culture, as well as describing the clothing, musical instruments, and so on, of the Ryukyuan emissaries to Edo.
