南嶋誌 全 / Gazetteer of the southern islands, complete
成立年不明。本書は、明治6（1873）年、大蔵省役人の久野謙次郎（くの・けんじろう）ほかが９ヶ月をかけ大島各島村を巡視した結果をまとめた報告書『南島誌 大島之部』の写本。地誌。扉に津曲（つまがり）、「複写」と記され、複数コマにわたって欄外上部に校注を記している。また、68・69コマ、97・98コマに針突（ハジチ）の図を挿入している(別紙）。明治初期の奄美諸島の様相がうかがえる。(2015年8月17日更新)
Completion date is unknown. A copy of Nantōshi Ōshima no bu, (the original) written by Kuno Kenjirō, an official of Ōkurashō (Ministry of nance). This is a report of a nine-month inspection tour to the Amami Islands, conducted by Kuno and other officials. A chorography. There are notes "a Mr. Tsumagari " and "copied" on the inner title page, and some corrections and annotations can be found in the margin of the upper part of multiple pages. Illustrations of hajichi (Okinawan tattoo) are attached in the text (Image No. 68, 69, 97, 98). This book provides information about the Amami Islands of that time.(Updated on August 21, 2015)
