解説

作成者、成立年不明。写本。史料名は表紙の記載に拠った。何かを元に筆写したように見受けられるが、典拠は不明である。本史料には、異国船渡来に関する松平大隅守の下記の報告を収録する。①天保15（1844）年辰8月16日薩州侯御届書。これは英国船サマラン号の八重山・宮古寄港に関する報告である。②丙午（1846年）壬5月20日薩州侯より御届出の写し。こちらは英国船スターリング号（正しくは米国船籍）および仏国船サビーヌ号の来琉に関する報告である。(2015年3月31日更新)

Description

The editor and the completion date are unknown. A copy. The title was followed by the one on the front cover. It is apparently a copy based on another book, but the details of this original source are unknown. It contains the following reports regarding foreign ships' visits, written by Matsudaira Ōsumi no Kami. 1) A report addressed to the Satsuma Lord on August 16, 1844. This is a report regarding the visit of British Vessel Samarang to Yaeyama and Miyako. 2) A copy of the Satsuma Lord's letter issued on the leap month of May 20, 1846. This is a report regarding the landing of British (actually American) Vessel Sterling and French Vessel Sabine in Ryukyu. (Updated on December 25, 2015)
