徐葆光著。明和3（1766）年刊の和刻本。平安蘭園蔵板。京都の服天游の撰。平安書林酉山房の銭屋善兵衛発行。6冊１帙。徳島藩蜂須賀家の蔵書印、柴野栗山(しばのりつざん)の蔵書印、宝玲文庫の蔵書印が押されている。6巻は、琉球の風俗、家屋、日用器具、市場、武器、物産、月令(がつりょう。季節の変化のことなど)、琉球語の字母と語彙について記す。ところどころに朱筆で傍点と書き込みがある。(2015年3月31日更新)
Written by Xu Baoguang (Jpn., Jo Hokō). A print made in Japan, and published in 1766. A Heianran'en print. Compiled by Fukuten'yū in Kyoto. Published by Zeniya Zenbei of Heian Shorin Yūsanbō. Consists of six volumes with a folding book case. There are three ownership stamps: the Hachisuka family of Tokushima Domain, Shibano Ritsuzan, and Frank Hawley. The sixth volume describes Ryukyu's customs, houses, everyday sundries and tools, markets, weapons, products, seasonal change, and the Ryukyuan writing system and lexicon. Some dots and notes in red ink can be found in some parts of the text.(Updated on January 8, 2016)
