琉球入学見聞録巻之三 / Firsthand record of Ryukyuans entering school, vol. 3

Edited by Pan Xiang (Jpn., Han Sō), who was a student advisor at Ryukyu Kangaku (a section at Guozijian, Jpn. Kokushikan or the National School of China, where Ryukyuan students studied). Published in 1764. The edition is printed from woodblocks included in Kyūkokaku, the holdings of a book collector named Mao Jin (Jpn., Mō Shin), who lived during the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. This is the third volume out of four. It consists of "The Third Volume," which describes the history of Ryukyuan students accepted in the school and a ceremony manual.(Updated on January 22, 2016)
