大城昌隆編、沖縄砂糖同業組合発行、昭和8(1933)年刊。謄写版。仲吉朝助(1867～1926)の作成により大正13(1924)年に成立した『琉球産業制度資料』を、糖業に関する資料を中心に再編集し、沖縄砂糖同業組合の創立20周年を記念して刊行したものである。(2015年8月6日更新)

Edited by Ōshiro Masataka. Published by Okinawa Satō Dōgyō Kumiai (Okinawa Sugar Association) in 1933. Mimeograph printed. Based on the book Ryūkyū Sangyō Shiryō (Materials on the Organization of Ryukyu's Industry), completed by Nakayoshi Chōjo (1867-1926) in 1924, Ōshiro re-edited mainly the contents of the book regarding sugar production and published it in commemoration of the 20th anniverary of the founding of the association.
